PLEASE READ THE FESTIVAL POLICIES AND SIGN BELOW: • Not all films will be in competition and eligible for jury awards. • Not all films are eligible for audience awards. • It is the responsibility of the filmmaker to insure the film and to arrange and cover cost of shipping to the festival. The Festival will pay, domestic shipping only, to have the film shipped out after the event. • If the Print DCP File will not be received by the festival by the due date of October 1, 2020, and the festival has not received proper notification of delays at least one week prior, the scheduled entry may be forfeited or replaced. • Titles produced in languages other than English must have legible English subtitles • The Selection Committee and Jury decisions are final. • The festival reserves the right to make any necessary changes in regulations and scheduling. • All non-US entries must follow the proper procedures to be imported temporarily. Please check with your local chamber of commerce or US consulate for procedures to clear films and videotapes through US customs.

CERTIFICATION OF ENTRANT I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree as follows: 1) I am fully authorized to submit this film to the festival; 2) This film is not subject to any litigation nor is threatened by any litigation; 3) I hold Soul West Fest, LLC and its agents harmless from damages to the print en route or otherwise during the course of the festivals possession of the film; 4) The festival is further authorized to use a trailer or clips of the film (up to 1 minute in length) for promotional purposes; 5) I have music festival clearances for the music in my film; 6) To the best of my knowledge, all of the statements in this document are true.
